Since 1986 Chem Spec has developed in its own centre for applied research, specialist products for the construction industry as well as for buildings and monuments in the heritage sector.
It also distributes, in the field of the special chemicals, products from the main multinational manufacturing companies.
Some products contain nano technology, offering a higher penetration of the micro-particles into stone and cement guaranteeing an extended duration and effectiveness of the treatment.
Attention to logistics is crucial to ensures a proper stock of products is always available, for immediate distribution.
The know-how derives from years of experience as a distributor on products for protection in construction. Starting from the distribution of products, which subsequently became the products of Dynamit Nobel, then Degussa and now Evonik. The range of products offered has expanded with organic-functional silane (promoter of the adhesion).Chem Spec provides turnkey product manufacturing for their customers both public and private bodies involved in building restoration, dye’s and paint or industries looking for niche products, even for the most varied applications, such as photo catalytic protective products, to self cleaning titanium for facades of buildings which neutralise the acid polluting agents.
Chem Spec, in parallel with raw Evonik, has developed specific products for the needs of the market.
Later becomes a distributor Rhône-Poulenc now Blue Star, an important reference for products aimed at the restoration of monuments, of Schill Seilacker for silicone products, polyurethane, textile and plastics.
